Dans cet article, nous examinons comment certains compl\u00e9ments alimentaires peuvent att\u00e9nuer les sympt\u00f4mes de la migraine et am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre.<\/p>\n<p><b>Facteurs qui augmentent la fr\u00e9quence des migraines<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Des niveaux faibles ou insuffisants de nutriments essentiels peuvent aggraver la gravit\u00e9 et la fr\u00e9quence des crises de migraine.
