Ces compos\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9sents dans des produits d&#8217;usage courant tels que les plastiques, les pr\u00e9servatifs, les produits pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s, les cosm\u00e9tiques et\/ou les pesticides, entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;exposition \u00e0 ces substances peut avoir des effets \u00e0 long terme, tels qu&#8217;une incidence accrue de tumeurs dans les organes sexuels, une fr\u00e9quence accrue de fausses couches, un faible poids \u00e0 la naissance et des malformations cong\u00e9nitales. Des probl\u00e8mes de d\u00e9veloppement du syst\u00e8me nerveux central, une modification des niveaux d&#8217;hormones thyro\u00efdiennes, une augmentation des troubles immunitaires, des effets sur le rapport de masculinit\u00e9, une augmentation de l&#8217;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et du diab\u00e8te de type 2 ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux perturbateurs endocriniens sont des compos\u00e9s industriels tels que les polychlorobiph\u00e9nyles (PCB), les dioxines, les pesticides organochlor\u00e9s (chlorpyrites, m\u00e9thoxychlore, 2,2-bis-(p-chloroph\u00e9nyl)-1,1,1-trichloro\u00e9thane (DDT) et ses m\u00e9tabolites), les fongicides (vinclozoline), plastiques et plastifiants (bisph\u00e9nol-A (BPA) et phtalates), produits pharmaceutiques (di\u00e9thylstilbestrol (DES) et, plus r\u00e9cemment, parac\u00e9tamol), m\u00e9taux (cadmium, plomb, mercure, uranium et un m\u00e9tallo\u00efde, l&#8217;arsenic) et compos\u00e9s naturels tels que les phytoestrog\u00e8nes, comme le soja, la luzerne et le tr\u00e8fle.<\/p>\n<p>Les id\u00e9es cl\u00e9s relatives aux perturbateurs endocriniens sont les suivantes :<\/p>\n<p>1) Les effets des polluants peuvent \u00eatre diff\u00e9rents sur l&#8217;embryon, le f\u0153tus, l&#8217;organisme p\u00e9rinatal ou adulte.<\/p>\n<p>2) Les effets se manifestent plus souvent chez la prog\u00e9niture que chez le parent expos\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>3) Le moment de l&#8217;exposition dans l&#8217;organisme en d\u00e9veloppement est d\u00e9cisif pour d\u00e9terminer la nature, la gravit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9roulement de l&#8217;exposition.<\/p>\n<p>4) M\u00eame si l&#8217;exposition critique a lieu pendant le d\u00e9veloppement embryonnaire, les manifestations peuvent ne pas devenir \u00e9videntes avant la maturit\u00e9 de l&#8217;individu.<\/p>\n<p>5) Les effets de diff\u00e9rents DE peuvent \u00eatre additifs ou m\u00eame synergiques.<\/p>\n<p>6) De faibles doses de DE peuvent parfois exercer des effets contre-productifs plus importants que des doses \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9duire l&#8217;exposition \u00e0 ces substances, les mesures suivantes sont recommand\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<p>1) Privil\u00e9gier la consommation de produits biologiques.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Utiliser des mat\u00e9riaux inertes comme le verre plut\u00f4t que le plastique.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser des fibres naturelles comme le coton.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire la consommation de conserves et d&#8217;aliments pr\u00e9cuits.<\/li>\n<li>Lisez attentivement les \u00e9tiquettes des cosm\u00e9tiques et des produits de nettoyage pour choisir des produits exempts de DE.<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas chauffer les aliments dans des r\u00e9cipients fabriqu\u00e9s avec du bisph\u00e9nol A.<\/li>\n<li>Limitez la consommation de gros poissons gras.<\/li>\n<li>Mangez de la viande provenant d&#8217;animaux non expos\u00e9s aux hormones, aux pesticides et aux engrais.<\/li>\n<li>Se laver les mains fr\u00e9quemment car nous sommes expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une multitude de DE dans notre vie quotidienne.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9vitez d&#8217;utiliser des insecticides dans et autour de la maison.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliser des produits d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne sans paraben et ne pas abuser des serviettes hygi\u00e9niques.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, les perturbateurs endocriniens peuvent avoir des effets n\u00e9gatifs importants sur la sant\u00e9 humaine.
