Son impact a \u00e9t\u00e9 si important qu&#8217;en 2022, les diff\u00e9rentes agences europ\u00e9ennes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire ont publi\u00e9 les nouvelles recommandations durables en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;alimentation et d&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique bas\u00e9es sur le r\u00e9gime plan\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n<p>Le concept de &#8220;r\u00e9gime \u00e0 base de plantes&#8221; est tr\u00e8s variable dans sa d\u00e9finition. Certaines directives di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques bas\u00e9es sur cette strat\u00e9gie r\u00e9duisent ou \u00e9liminent la consommation d&#8217;aliments v\u00e9g\u00e9taux hautement raffin\u00e9s tels que les farines blanches, les sucres et certains types d&#8217;huiles. D&#8217;autres classent les r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 base de plantes en fonction de leur contenu r\u00e9el. On trouve ainsi des r\u00e9gimes semi-v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens, pesco-v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens (fruits de mer, \u0153ufs et produits laitiers), lacto-ovo-v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens (\u0153ufs et produits laitiers) et v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens (aucun produit animal). Les r\u00e9gimes alimentaires \u00e0 base de plantes pr\u00e9sentent des avantages pour la sant\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et pour le risque cardiovasculaire en particulier.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Objet\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9aliser des r\u00e9gimes de sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taires pour pr\u00e8s de 10 milliards de personnes d&#8217;ici 2050.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Objectifs<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Les r\u00e9gimes alimentaires sains<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>L&#8217;assiette sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire devrait comporter environ la moiti\u00e9 du volume de l&#8217;assiette en l\u00e9gumes et en fruits ; l&#8217;autre moiti\u00e9, indiqu\u00e9e sur la base de leur apport calorique, devrait se composer principalement de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes, de sources de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, d&#8217;huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales insatur\u00e9es et (\u00e9ventuellement) de quantit\u00e9s modestes de prot\u00e9ines animales.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Production alimentaire durable.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Strat\u00e9gies<\/u><\/strong><strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rechercher un engagement international et national en faveur d&#8217;une \u00e9volution vers des r\u00e9gimes alimentaires sains.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9orienter les priorit\u00e9s agricoles, en passant de la production de grandes quantit\u00e9s de nourriture \u00e0 la production de nourriture saine.<\/li>\n<li>Intensifier durablement la production alimentaire pour augmenter la production d&#8217;aliments de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Une gestion forte et coordonn\u00e9e des terres et des oc\u00e9ans.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 au moins les pertes et gaspillages alimentaires, conform\u00e9ment aux objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><u>Conclusion\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;adoption \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle mondiale de r\u00e9gimes alimentaires sains issus de syst\u00e8mes alimentaires durables permettrait de pr\u00e9server notre plan\u00e8te et d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 de milliards de personnes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Source : Rapport de la Commission EAT-Lancet.
